Evann is ready for the next adventure! Visiting New York was part college visits and part photo shoot! Anyone can have senior portraits taken locally! But Evann is ready to make New York City home! Columbia, NYU or Fordham would be very lucky to add her to their frosh admission rolls! Good Luck Evann, with all of her hard work, I know she’s going to get into the school of her dreams!

I know both sides of time. I have raced it to success and I have wasted it missing being around for my young children during law school. I dilly dallied about getting this photography business off the ground wasting even more time.

Today, walking through Chelsea, I looked for my passion! And I found it! With my camera in hand…I realized that all I need is my camera and my family.

And a little sense of humor!

The lesson: Live each day with intention and presence. Hug your children everyday and tell them that you love them. Kiss your husband everyday. Devote yourself to balance because you deserve to feel the passion of your life. Never forgetting that if you don’t nurture what you love it might grow but will it grow… And there is always time for a good cup of coffee and the company of your family!

Becky and Rob, The Creative Force behind Heirloom Claremont

Small business shop owners Becky and Rob have created a warm, eclectic and inviting shop…Heirloom is more than just a gift shop.   A charming shop of  hand crafted products made by artisans both local and across the world.  I particularly love the handmade crafted Padua Farms natural goat soaps and lip balm.

This shop is full of creativity…you can stop by and create one of their projects or one of your own.  Stop in!  Join in a workshop to encourage that right brain creative thinking.  They also sponsor fundraising workshops such as The Claremont Community Foundation party featuring Eureka Burger of the Packing House Wine Merchants.  Definitely a place to create and connect!  Find them on Facebook for information on upcoming events!
